At Village Speech Pathology we are dedicated to supporting our local Dungog Area Villages and Communities.

All sessions are provided on a term basis, minimum of 10 sessions per term.  Cancellation of service by client requires a minimum of 4 weeks notice to cease services for the following term.  No cancellations once the term has commenced.

Cancellation of session will be charged under the guidelines supported by the NDIS,  being reasonable terms for short term cancellations of 10 days, eg. going on holidays, sports carnivals etc.  As all sessions are allocated to each child and cannot be filled during term times, which is descirbed by the NDIA as of 25th March, 2020 "A cancellation is a short notice cancellation if the participant: does not show up for a scheduled support within a reasonable time, or is not present at the agreed place within a reasonable time when the provider is travelling to deliver the support; or has given less than ten (10) clear business days notice for any other support."  The NDIA will refund 100% of the agreed support price..."
